Giedrius Gustas (born March 4, 1980 in Kaunas, Lithuanian Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR) is a Lithuanian basketball player at point guard for Barons LMT and the Lithuania national team. He is 1.90 m (6 ft 2 in) and weighs 84 kg. In 2008, along with Barons LMT he won the EuroCup, being the Final Four MVP.
