Talk:Gert Wingårdh
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I think this article should be categorized assessed biography. I have written the piece and provided notes with links now that are relevant. Basically all information can be found in these URL sources, and other facts can be found on the Wingårdh homepage which I´ve also provided a link to. OK? Erik031 18:54, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
Go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Sweden/Assessment, nice work btw. --Krm500 23:23, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] De-GA
GA works through the directive given at Wikipedia:Good Articles, so one cannot just tag them as GA; it should go through the GA process of first being listed at Wikipedia:Good articles/Candidates.

[edit] GA review
This article still needs some work.
- It is reasonably well written.
- a (prose): b (MoS):
- There are too many one-sentence paragraphs, you should try and unify them, the article would then flow better. When it comes to manual of style, the lead is too short and you don't have retrieval dates for any of the references.
- a (prose): b (MoS):
- It is factually accurate and verifiable.
- a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
- You should add some book references, all from the internet and blogs doesn't really make the article trustworthy.
- a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
- It is broad in its coverage.
- a (major aspects): b (focused):
- I saw that the nominator for this article is from Gothenburg, i'm sure you could find at least ONE book about Wingårdh... the article's main problem is that it's not complete, the most important things (career and architectural style) could be easily expanded with a quick search in your local library i'm sure.
- a (major aspects): b (focused):
- It follows the neutral point of view policy.
- It is stable.
- It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
- a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
- i saw pictures of his shopping mall and his ski resort projects, and they look astounding, aren't there any other buildings that could be photgraphed? Check out Santiago Calatrava's article, even if it is poorly sourced and there's almost no text, you can get a better idea of his style when there are more pictures.
- a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
- Overall:
