Georgia State Route 185 is a 12-mile state route located entirely in Charlton County. It runs along the Florida state line on the west. On Raynold Bridge Road, it is accessible to Florida via Baker County Road 120, which leads to Baker County Road 127 near the Osceola National Forest. East of the state route is CR 10, a dirt road across the county. Since the highway around it is rural, there is no traffic light at that intersection. Georgia State Route 185 is an extremely deserted road, running through a very unpopulated portion of Georgia. The northern terminus is with an intersection of Georgia State Route 94; the southern terminus is with an intersection of SR 121/SR 23 near Florida. Geographicly, it is the 2nd southernmost Georgia state route in the state, after SR 121/SR 23, the southern terminus of SR 185.
