Geoffrey Rowell (born 13 February 1943) is an Anglican priest, currently the third Bishop of Gibraltar in Europe. Born as Douglas Geoffrey Rowell, he was educated at Winchester College and Corpus Christi College, Cambridge.
Rowell was commissioned as Bishop of Gibraltar in Europe on 18 October 2001 at St Margaret's, Westminster and enthroned in Gibraltar Cathedral, 1 November 2001.
His Bishop's Lodge is at Church Road, Worth, Crawley, Sussex, England.
