Gastronomica

Gastronomica (subtitled "The Journal of Food and Culture") is a quarterly journal published by University of California Press, in Berkeley, California. First published in 2001 and currently edited by Darra Goldstein, Gastronomica is a forum for ideas, discussion, and reflection on the history, literature, representation, and cultural impact of food. The ISSN is 1529-3262.
