Gary Bannon

Gary Bannon (also known as Jason Greer) is a British actor, performance poet, standup comedian, songwriter,and filmmaker. He graduated in sociology from Liverpool John Moores University and went on to study for an MA in Theatre, Heritage and Communities. He has appeared in many television shows including Brookside, Coronation Street, A55, Soul Survivor, BBC's Lab Detectives, and films such as Let Him Have It, My Kingdom with Richard Harris, and many short films including The Hit (ii),Scallywag, Proxy.
As a student he played bass guitar with The Germs, a Liverpool punk rock band which later changed it's name to the Glass Torpedoes. In 2005 he recorded Special on CD and followed up with a DVD.
