Gabriel Obertan (born February 26, 1989 in Pantin) is a French football striker currently playing for FC Girondins de Bordeaux in the French Ligue 1.
He is noted for his speed and dribbling ability and thus his playing style is often likened to Zinedine Zidane and Thierry Henry. Despite interest from Real Madrid and Juventus he has stated that he wishes to remain in France to further his development.
