Have there been many over the years, particularly in the movies? I seem to recall Frozone, Hero Girl ( The Polar Express), the cast of "Bebe's Kids" (YIKES!), and Suzy from the cartoon "Rugrats". I'm sure there are quite a bit more if you include animals, but I'm talking about human cartoon characters here. PennyGWoods 01:46, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
