Frank B. McClain

Frank B. McClain (April 14, 1864-October 11, 1925) was the Lieutenant Governor of the U.S. state of Pennsylvania from 1915 to 1919.
McClain was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He was a Member of Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1895 to 1910, and Speaker of the Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1907. He was mayor of Lancaster from 1910 to 1915.
