Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (CRCE), Bandra (also popularly known as Fr. Agnel) is an engineering institute in Mumbai, India. CRCE was established in 1984 as part of Fr. Agnel Technical Complex at Bandra, Mumbai by the Society of St. Xavier Pilar and is named after its founder late Rev. Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai. It is one of few colleges which have received an "A" grade ever since the inception of the grading system among colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The College is popularly held as having strict disciplinary principles and a firm moral belief in compulsory attendance. The motto of the college is "Moulding engineers to serve the nation".The Mission of thhe college is "Making quality education affordable". The college hosts two festivals in an academic year. The technical festival is called "Crescendo" which attracts participants from many engineering colleges in Mumbai. The culutural festival "Euphoria" is an intra-college event meant only for the CRCEites. Fr. CRCE probably has the most scenic location among all the colleges in Mumbai, located at the end of the wonderful sea side promenade popularly called as 'Bandstand'.Its hostel is present in SANTACRUZ(e),MUMBAI.Near the MUMBAI UNIVERSITY.
