From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Fly" is the first single ever produced by Nickelback from their album Curb. They shot a video for it, which was their first music video. "Fly" was played on local radios, but wasn't very successful. The music video was released on June 13 1997. Much Music was the only channel to ever show it. Nickelback's popularity increased since the release of Curb, the album on which "Fly" was re-released.
[edit] Meaning
It is about Chad Kroeger as a kid, asking where bad men go when they die, and his mother tells him that them grow wings and they fly to Heaven or Hell. He is still mystified, though, and he wants to try to "fly" using his father's gun to kill himself to see where he goes.
