FC Kremin Kremenchuk (Ukrainian: ФК Кремінь Кременчук, FC Kremin Kremenchuk; Russian: Кремень Кременчуг, FC Kremen Kremenchug) is a Ukrainian football club based in Kremenchuk. For the 2007-08 season, the club is taking part in the Druha Liha B. From 1992-97, Kremin played in the Ukrainian Premier League, after being initially chosen to participate for being one of the top 9 (of 11) Ukrainian teams from the West Division of the Soviet Second League in 1991. Kremin spent next two seasons in Persha Liha and was demoted further to Druha Liha. Since joining Druha Liha and until 2001, it was named ADOMS. After that the existence of the club has ceased until the 2006th season when it joined Druha Liha once again with a name FC Kremin Krimenchuk.

Kremin Kremenchuk's best achievement in the Ukrainian Premier League was 9th place (twice, in 1992/93 and 1995/96).
