Fausto Manuel Pinto Rosas (born on August 8, 1983 in Culiacán, Sinaloa) is a Mexican football defender currently playing for CF Pachuca in the Primera División de México. Despite his short height, he is considered one of the best Mexican defenders of today. Hugo Sanchez, Mexican coach asked for Fausto Pinto's services for the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup to be held in the United States. However, Pinto's debut didn't happen until the 2007 Copa America against Brazil in a 2-0 Win.
