Farshad Pious (Persian: فرشاد پیوس, born January 12, 1962 in Tehran, Iran) is a retired Iranian football player who was a striker for a number of clubs in Iran, most notably Persepolis F.C., as well as Iran national football team.

He was top scorer of Azadegan League in 1991/92 season with 11 goals and in 1994/95 season with 20 goals. He was also the top scorer of the Qatari League during the 1988/89 season with 9 goals.
He was coach of Azadegan League side Teraktor Sazi F.C. for two seasons of 2005-2007. Before Teraktor Sazi he was the head coach of Shemushack Noshahr F.C. until he was fired on May 29, 2005.
