Faraz Fatemi (Persian: فراز فاطمی , born October 4, 1977 in Shiraz, Iran), is an Iranian footballer who currently plays for Persepolis F.C. in the Iranian Premier League.

He has played for a few clubs in Iran, including F.C. Fajr Sepasi, Esteghlal F.C. and F.C. Zob Ahan, as well as Egaleo FC in Greece. In July 2006, he joined another IPL club, Persepolis F.C..

Fatemi had a short callup to the Iranian national team during the qualification campaign for the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
