Faiza Ambah

Faiza Saleh Ambah is a female Saudi Arabian journalist who currently works as correspondent for the Washington Post in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, she worked there for the Christian Science Monitor.
She was one of the first, if not the first, female journalist of that country to become a working reporter for a Saudi news organization, Arab News.[1]
Faiza also held other posts with Associated Press when she was based in the United Arab Emirates.
Her father, Saleh Ambah, was the College of Petroleum and Mineral's Dean of Students before being imprisoned on the orders of King Faisal for expounding democratic ideals against the authoritarian rule of the Al Saud.
