F.O.A.D. (an acronym for Fuck Off And Die) is the twelfth album by the Norwegian black metal band, Darkthrone. Released in 2007, the album is a further shift from Darkthrone's black metal roots, as it further develops the more punk-oriented style introduced on their previous album. It also features some parts that are similar to traditional heavy metal. Special editions of the album contain a postcard, poster and a t-shirt.
