Eugene Roshal

Eugene Roshal (Russian: Евгений Рошал) (born March 10, 1972 in Chelyabinsk, Russia) - is a Russian software engineer best known as developer of:
- FAR file manager (1996-2000),
- RAR file format (1993),
- WinRAR file archiver.
Roshal is graduate of South Ural State University (former Chelyabinsk Technical University), Faculty of Electronics.
