Etsuko Kozakura

Etsuko Kozakura (小桜 エツ子 Kozakura Etsuko?) (born Kumi Uchino (内野 久美 Uchino Kumi?) on February 22, 1971) is a prolific seiyū from Mizuho, Nishitama District, Tokyo and works at Office Osawa. She is married to fellow seiyu Jin Domon, thus, her real name is Kumi Domon (土門 久美 Domon Kumi?).
Etsuko also voices Tuffy in the Tom and Jerry series.
