Erwin Koeman (born 20 September 1961 in Zaandam) is a Dutch football manager and former football player. He is the older brother of Ronald Koeman.

Koeman was a midfielder for the Netherlands national football team that won the 1988 UEFA European Football Championship and featured in the 1990 FIFA World Cup. In total Erwin Koeman was capped 31 times, scoring twice between 1983 and 1994. On club level he became champion of the Belgian League with KV Mechelen during their heyday in 1989 as well as Eredivisie champion with PSV Eindhoven in 1991 and 1992.

He finished his playing career with FC Groningen in 1998 and became youth coach at PSV Eindhoven. In October 2001 he was promoted to assistant manager under Eric Gerets, and for the 2004/05 season he became manager in RKC Waalwijk. He managed RKC for one season before moving to Feyenoord. In March 2006, he extented his contract to summer 2009.

On 3 May 2007, Koeman announced his immediate resignation due to motivational problems, after a troublesome season. Feyenoords first squad ended in 7th place in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Starting on 1 May 2008, Koeman became the coach of the Hungary national football team.

On 24 May 2008, in his debut match as Hungary manager, he achieved a promising 3-2 victory over defending European champions Greece.

His son, Len Koeman, plays for the Helmond Sport youth team.
