Elvis Geovany Scott Ruiz (born 1 August 1978 in Puerto Cortés) is a Honduran football striker, who currently plays for Changchun Yatai. He was a member of the national squad at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He was bought by the Chinese club Changchun Yatai on December 2005, along with his teammate Victor Mena and Olimpia player Samuel Caballero.
