Elizabeth Gilligan

ElizaBeth Gilligan is a fantasy author who lives in San Francisco, California.[1][2]. Her short story Iron Joan was on the preliminary Nebula Award ballot in 2003. Gilligan has served as the secretary for the Science Fiction Writers of America (SFWA) board of directors, and she frequently attends OryCon and BayCon.[2]

It appears that Daw has again delayed or cancelled the publication of the third book in the "Silken" series, "Sovereign Silk." Does anyone know if there is a possibility of it being picked up and published elsewhere? Her work is well worth reading!
I agree. I've been checking around for "Sovereign Silk" and found an author page which says that the book has been delayed due to illness. I sincerely hope she will recover completely and soon, and that we will all be able to read the third book in her wonderful series. See http://egilligan.livejournal.com/profile
