Earl Jude Jean (born October 9, 1971 in St. Lucia) is a St. Lucian football striker currently playing for W Connection. He is a member of the St. Lucia national football team.

Earl famously told the local media that despite his short stature he could leap very high - he was therefore nicknamed 'The Flea'.
In December 1996 he made his only appearance for Ipswich Town F.C. coming on as a substitute in the 1-1 home draw against Stoke City F.C.
