Dysganus is the name given to a dubious genus of dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous. It was a ceratopsian. Its fossils have been found in Montana.
The species assigned to this dubious genus include Dysganus encaustus, D. bicarinatus, and D. peiganus, but are all tooth taxa, based solely on teeth. A "fourth" species, Dysganus haydenianus, is chimeric, based on mixed hadrosaur and ceratopsian teeth. All species were described by Cope in 1876.
