[edit] Missing in this article- popularity of e-drawers
Drawer is a sliding box or receptacle is opened by pulling out and closed by pushing in.but those days are gone when drawer meant only this.With heavy dependence on computers,people need a safe and convenient place to store their documents and access it from anywhere across the globe.E-drawers that allows information,scanned documents,emails,computer files,faxes to be securely stored,easily searched, and retrieved. [edit] Popularity of e-drawers
Well i completely agree with the increasing popularity of e-drawers as they are the thing now which people should start using the eDrawers and eForms. An eForm is used to store a tabular set of information which can be referenced and searched with ease. An eForm may contain any information which the user stores in the form of rows and columns. It could be a log book to maintain list of discussions / transactions / conversations / list of achievements / medical history / follow up reminders or just about anything in a tabular format. E-Drawers Serves very useful for keeping confidential Papers.Many times,People are scared of emailing confidential documents because of internet security but facilities like e-cabinet is safe and secure.There is no hassel or restriction of emailing large mails,one can share large size mails at any place and at any time.Simply save the files in the e-cabonet,they will be available from wherever one needs them.
