"Downfall" is a single taken from the second studio album Hatebreeder, by the Finnish melodic death metal band Children of Bodom. The song "Downfall" was written by lead vocalist Alexi Laiho. The song was originally called "Forevermore", but it was changed. The video of "Downfall" was directed by Mika Lindberg.
It is usually the last song played live at Children of Bodom gigs.[1]
