Dominic Dromgoole (born 1964) is an English theatre director and writer about the theatre.
Dromgoole was born in England and attended Millfield School in Somerset, England, during his teens.
By the end of 2005 he became the second Artistic Director of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. Before he ran the Oxford Stage Company for seven years. Previously he was the new plays director at the Old Vic theatre in London (Peter Hall Company) for a short time, after he had run the Bush Theatre (one of London’s most important fringe venues for new plays) from 1990 until 1996.
