[edit] Tellus vs. Terra

I restored my statement about the definitions of Tellus and Terra in the Wikipedia article on Tellus with a reference to the where this is stated in the Oxford Classical Dictionary, the article on Tellus (this is the same Oxford Classical Dictionary article where the information in the Wikipedia article that states that the festival of Tellus Mater is on April 15th came from [by the way, that is why Earth Day is on April 22nd because it is near April 15th]).

I am especially interested in this question since I am a science fiction fan and I also put in a paragraph at the end of the article about the use of the terms Terra and Tellus in science fiction.Keraunos 12:38, 26 October 2006 (UTC)

I have something else I could mail to you that you might be interested in. I have been writing and editing a lot of Wikipedia articles about colour and I use a 1930 book called A Dictionary of Color as a reference. It has a table at the back of the book that translates dozens of color names from English to Latin and other languages.
