Dhanush (born Prabhu Kastoorirajan on 1978-02-25[1]), is an Indian film actor. His filmography includes Pudhupettai, Adhu Oru Kana Kaalam, and Kadhal Kondein.[2]

Dhanush was born to Tamil film director Kasturirajan [3]. His elder brother, Selvaraghavan is also a director in the Tamil film industry.[4][3] He is married to actor Rajinikanth's daughter Aishwarya[1], and has a son named Yathra.[5]
