Dey Brothers was a department store located in and around Syracuse, New York.

Dey's was purchased by Campeau Corp. in 1986 and sold off in 1987 to May Company, the parent company of Dey's rival, Sibley's. That Year the downtown store closed. The company merged with The Addis Company and changed its name to Addis & Dey's. In 1991 the company was merged with Sage-Allen stores to become Sage-Dey. All stores closed in 1993.

- Baldwinsville, New York: Tri County Mall
- Clay, New York: Great Northern Mall (opened in 1989, closed 1993 converted to Chappell's then Bon-Ton now vacant)
- Cicero, New York: Penn-Can Mall (former The Addis Company location)
- Dewitt, New York: Shoppingtown Mall (Opened 1962, converted to Kaufmann's in 1993 now Macy's)
- Fairmount, New York: Fairmount Fair Mall (Opened 1966) became corporate offices in 1992, later became Dick's Sporting Goods
- Fayetteville, New York: Fayetteville Mall (now Stickley Furniture)
- Niskayuna, New York: Mohawk Mall (Replaced Boston Store in 1990, Closed 1993. Later Media Play. Site closed and demolished in 2001. Now it is the site of a Target.
- Syracuse, New York: Downtown (Opened 1894, closed 1992, Galleries of Syracuse ) corporate offices moved to Fairmount Fair Mall, flagship building became Class A office space
- Wilton, New York: Wilton Mall (Opened 1990, closed 1993 Now the Bon-Ton)
