Delvinaki (Greek: Δελβινάκι; older forms: -o and -on is a municipality in the Ioannina Prefecture, Greece. Its 2001 population was 754 for the village and 2,933 for the municipal district, a difference of three inhabitants than nearby Kalpaki. Delvinaki is also the seat of the province of Pogoniou. Delvinaki is connected with a road connecting the GR-28/E853 (Kalpaki - Kakkavia). West of town is the border with Albania located in Kakavia. Kalpaki is located southwest of Konitsa, west-southwest of Kozani, northwest of Ioannina and southeast of Gjirokastër in Albania.

Delvinaki did not join Greece until the Balkan Wars of 1913. Its economy slowly improved after the end of the Turkish rule over Epirus.
Electricity and automobiles arrived in the 1960s, it was linked with pavement in the late-20th century, television arrived in the 1980s. Internet and computers arrived in the late-1990s.

Delvinaki has a few schools, a lyceum (middle school), a gymnasium (secondary school) a few churches, banks, a post office, and a square (plateia), its nearest hospital and university are in the city of Ioannina.
