Delamere, Cheshire

Delamere is a civil parish and village in Cheshire. It is situated on the western edge of the borough of Vale Royal and is approximately 7 miles the west of Northwich.
The village is well-known for Delamere Forest, which has an expanse of oak, pine and sycamore trees. The name of the town comes from French de la mere "of the lake"
