Dean Strausbaugh

Dean Strausbaugh is an Ohio jurist who serves as a judge of the Ohio Court of Claims.
Strausbaugh earned a bachelor's degree from Duke University in 1940. He earned his law degree in 1948 from the University of Michigan.
From 1954 to 1955, Strausbaugh worked as an assistant city attorney in Columbus, Ohio. He was elected to the Franklin County, Ohio, Municipal Court and served there as a judge from 1955 to 1968. He was then elected to the Ohio Court of Appeals, 10th District, where he served as an appellate judge from 1969 to 1991, after which he retired.
Strausbaugh currently serves on the Ohio Court of Claims by assignment.
