I hope this clarifies why the subject of the article is not suitable for Wikipedia at the current time. [edit] Criteria for Speedy Deletion
The article does not conform to Wikipedia's inclusion criteria; it does not contain a claim of notability, see WP:BAND and WP:BIO. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is for subjects that are already notable. Also, the information presented is not verifiable and as such would not be suitable for inclusion. I noticed that you (re)created the page List of slasher films. It had been deleted from wikipedia previously per the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of slasher films. As a recreation of deleted content the new page is subject to speedy deletion. An alphabetical listing of slasher films can be found at Category:Slasher films if you want one for any reason and another one at List of slasher films is not necessary. - Please stop claiming the picture is under a Creative Commons license. Film stills are copyrighted and you can't change the license if you don't own the copyright. --fschoenm (talk) 10:21, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
