[edit] NPOV Dispute

Although points raised in this article hold some truth, the tone is somewhat polemical and exaggerated for an encyclopaedia entry.

I chopped a lot of material making a tighter article. Much of the material was opinion, and since it wasn't referenced, it went. I'm not convinced much of the removed material would be interesting to general readers. I did leave a note that some people complain the walls are thin and layout not conducinve to meeting people. I have suggested that the contents of David Russell Hall be merged with this page, as DRH is not notable (being a demolished 1960s generic university hall) to have a page of its own, and in fact most of the content of the DRH page is about its demolition and construction of DRA, which is all duplicated here.
