[edit] Cleanup

This article has turned into a mess, specifically around the time it was split up into subheadings. I'm going to pare it down some until someone can do some real research on this guy, with actual citations. For instance, I don't see any reason for the critique section, which has no citation. Okay, I cleaned it up and bit and straightened out the filmography at bit with imdb. I finally got rid of Secret Life of Bees because I can't find any factual support for it, although I think it seriously was in consideration at one point. Similarly, A Confederacy of Dunces. The paragraph about A Confederacy of Dunces can afford a bit of a cleanup. At the moment it's something like a glorified cast list. I'd be willing to make those changes unless NathanBeach objects. 134.69.170.215 (talk) 23:02, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

The only mention of him being "Eric Doogan" is Wikipedia and one mirror site. I've deleted it. Stu ^{’Bout ye!} 08:24, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

This name was added again today. I've deleted it again, the only websites to mention "Eric Doogan" are wikimirrors and a couple of discussions forums, which question why Wikipedia is claiming this. David Gordon Green is his real name. Stu ^{’Bout ye!} 09:22, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

Hey - I guess we'll just keep reverting the page. A friend of mine has been close friends with Green since elementary school and that's definitely not his birth name (I asked).
