David Fury

David Fury (born David Allen Shapiro on 5 March 1959 in Plainview, New York) is an American television screenwriter and producer, best known for Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV series), Angel , Lost and 24.
Fury was a stand-up comic at The Improv and Catch a Rising Star, and founded a comedy theater troupe called Brain Trust. He also wrote for The Jackie Thomas Show, House of Buggin, Dream On and Pinky and the Brain.
Fury is married to fellow screenwriter Elin Hampton, and has three children, Eden, Aaron, and Chase.
