David "Dave" Flett (born c. 1950) is a British rock guitarist born in Aberdeen, Scotland, chiefly known for his time with Manfred Mann's Earth Band between 1975 and 1978.
After leaving Manfred Mann's band, he briefly toured as a temporary member of Thin Lizzy after Gary Moore left the band in 1979. He is now an addictions counsellor in central Florida, and in 2004, spoke out to prove his identity amid false stories spread by a man impersonating him.[1]
