[edit] Biography

Adani started his career in Serie B team Modena and made his first team appearances at age of 18. In summer of 1994, Adani transferred to Serie A team S.S. Lazio, but did not made any appearance. He stayed for 2 months, and transferred to Brescia in November. He followed the club's promotion and relegation between Serie A and Serie B. In 1999, Adani transferred to Fiorentina, winning the Coppa Italia of the 2000/2001 season.

In 2002, Fiorentina faced bankruptcy, and Adani moved to Internazionale on a free transfer.[1] Though Adani wasn't regarded as member of the first team, he would be in the starting lineup more times than expected, managing to score two goals, incidentally never achieving a win. Adani broke his nose once while playing and (probably to avoid losing his position) decided to play with a tittanium mask on the nose, as Paolo Maldini had done previously. Adani also wore a similar non-metallic mask after he recovered, but dropped it shortly after.

In 2004, Adani returned to Brescia, but failed to avoid relegation. In 2005, he transferred to Ascoli, thus staying one more season on the top division. In 2006, he moved to Empoli F.C., a move that was proved right when Ascoli finish last on the following season.

Adani received five caps for Italy national team between 2000 and 2004.
