Daniel Nannskog (born May 22, 1974 in Helsingborg, Sweden) is a football player. He usually plays as a striker, and currently plays for Stabæk I.F. in the Norwegian Premier League. Nannskog is known as hard working, determined and a player who works for the team by not only scoring goals but creating them as well.

Daniel Nannskog played for several clubs in Sweden, among those were Djurgården and Landskrona. With his 21 goals in Superettan 2001, he helped Landskrona reach the highest division in swedish football, Allsvenskan.

In 2003, he left Landskrona BoIS to join the Chinese club Sichuan Guancheng. Another Norwegian club, Brann, were reportedly after him, but the financial offer he got from the Chinese club was too good to turn down. He later left Sichuan in 2005 to join his current club Stabæk I.F.

His first season at Stabæk I.F. resulted in 27 league goals, helping Stabæk to promotion to the top flight. He was also named top scorer.

Second season (2006) resulted in Nannskog becoming the topscorer in Tippeligaen (Norwegian premier league), with 19 goals.

2007 was a good year for Nannskog and Stabæk who finished second in the league behind SK Brann, after initially leading halfway through the season. He repeated his feat from the last season by scoring 19 goals, but was not the top scorer as Brann's Torstein Helstad netted a few more.

Stabæk have played well in the first part of the 2008 season with Nannskog an intrigual part, like when he scored two stunning goals in the away match agains Ham-Kam (2-0 victory) in round 5[1]. The Norwegian media felt it was time the Swedish national team took a look at him again with a possible inclusion in their squad, following his winning goal against Rosenborg BK on May 4. However, he did not make the squad.
As of May 5, 2008, Nannskog has scored an impressive 83 goals in 101 games for Stabæk (league and cup goals).

His debut for the Swedish national team came 14. January 2007 against Venezuela. His first goal for his national team came against Ecuador on 21 January 2007, in a game which ended 1-1.
