Dōkyūsei (同級生? lit. classmates) is the first game in the popular Dōkyūsei series eroge by ELF. The original Dōkyūsei (also called Nanpa, meaning pick-up, due to its batch file name "nanba.bat"), released in 1992.
There was an OVA series made from Dōkyūsei, which was originally a 45-minute one-shot, but the original release was expanded into two half hour episodes, with two more episodes added, for a total four, not including the original. (The first, original OVA was released as End of Summer, and episodes three and four were released as End of Summer 2 in the English market by SoftCel Pictures, an imprint of ADV Films). A two-episode sequel, entitled Dōkyūsei Climax Files was also released.

The gameplay in Dōkyūsei revolves around wandering through different locations in a town, conversing with whatever character you happen to meet. To finish with a girl, the main challenge is to learn the times of day when the girl will be in a location.

The classmates of the main character (default name: Ryunosuke) include:
(Note: These characters are from Dōkyūsei 2, not Dōkyūsei 1.)
- Yui: A girl who calls Ryunosuke "elder brother" and who lives with him.
- Tomomi: A friend of Ryunosuke since they were children.
- Izumi: A good friend of Tomomi. Ryunosuke cannot become the boyfriend of Tomomi and Izumi at the same time.
- Yoko: A girl who always quarrels with Ryunosuke.
- Minori: A girl who works in a tuckshop called "Hiroko".
- Karen: A girl who seldom goes to school since she works as a super star.
The following girls are not classmates of Ryunosuke:
- Kozue: A girl who is a schoolmate of Ryunosuke, two years junior.
- Misako: The mother of Yui, she lives with Ryunosuke.
- Misato: A girl who works as a tour guide.
- Azumi: A girl who is a young baby-sitter.
- Misa: A girl who comes to Ryunosuke's town during vacation. Misa is also a returning character from the first Dōkyūsei, being a fan favorite.
- Sachiko: The owner of the Nagashima hostel in Toji Onsen.
- Kumiko: The daughter of Sachiko, she wants to live in city instead of living in the countryside.
- Sakurako: A patient of the 88 Hospital.
- Mirei: The class teacher of Ryunosuke.
