I noticed that you are using the {{User:Mistman123/Userboxes/Watch}} template, but only in its simple and most generic form.

Why not, instead of putting a picture of the GRS, why not a picture of the Activeworlds Gate? It is the default entry point and would make more sense. --GSK (talk) 02:41, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

It was the only picture I had on hand at the time, due to the "non free" image being removed. I have a bit more research to do.

[edit] Stop!

Stop editing other messages as you are doing here, here, here and here. This is a violation of policy. Thanks, CWii(Talk|Contribs) 14:42, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

I would think that:
  • The messages are on my own talk page,
  • The messages edited were created by bots,
  • The titles sum up each message.
CompuHacker (talk) 15:57, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Even so, you shouldn't edit others' messages. If it's a violation of Wikipedia policy, it's a violation, no matter which way you look at it. --GSK (talk) 15:59, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Wikipedia guidelines concerning this discussion are as follows
  • "On your own user talk page, you may remove others' comments, although archiving is generally preferred."
As a matter of semantics, I removed the comments and not the signatures. Also stated in an above section is
  • "As a rule, do not edit others' comments, including signatures. Exceptions are described in the next section."
I believe that ignoring this rule in this instance is improving Wikipedia. I still maintain that the titles adequately explain what was "discussed" (I never responded) in each section. That is all I have to say right now, enjoy your afternoon.

CompuHacker (talk) 16:15, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

What you are doing is editing comments, though. Just...stop. And to think you wanted administration on Wikipedia. This stuff is only hurting your chances more and more of it ever happening in the future. --GSK (talk) 16:40, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

Really stop. You're not improving it at all. You're making it harder by making users have to look through your history for the messages. And no, not all the messages were from bots. CWii(Talk|Contribs) 12:28, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

All the messages that were edited are best summed up by their title. Having simply the title should be enough information for any casual reader, and if you really want to read a computer generated readout about something that happened half a year ago, then you can fall back on the history of this page. Three of the four messages were made by bots, something I overlooked before. However, the titles fully convey the message in a single sentence normally conveyed by that and a paragraph AND the title of each section is linked to a long and tedious paragraph that I am sure you, GSK, and everyone else on Wikipedia has read a thousand times before. I really don't want to see it needlessly cluttering the page when the current version will suffice. CompuHacker (talk) 16:40, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
So will now stop doing this from now on, correct? CWii(Talk|Contribs) 17:35, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
English much? Anyway, I will stop. Or, I will start offloading image notices to separate pages. CompuHacker (talk) 17:45, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
Club, do us all a favor and stop adding so childish. It gets annoying, not to mention a lot of enemies in life. --GSK (talk) 23:27, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
Just hours after I resolve this matter, back comes GSK. No more! Everything is fine. CompuHacker (talk) 23:38, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
