I'm a college prof. at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio, USA. I first came across Wikipedia when learning about Podcasting early in 2005. I've set up several podcasting services, given training sessions and taught a short summer class about podcasting. I'm completing my doctoral dissertation about Wikis in the college classroom and have used wikis for a few planning projects. Very cool way to collaborate.

I'm reading a book by people from Cirque du Soleil and could relate with these points: "Deadlines! Of course, they always come too fast, but without them, your mind is not focused. With them, on the other hand, your panicked mind starts coming up with crazy ideas it never would have otherwise." ("The Spark: Igniting the Creative Fire that Lives Within Us All" - p. 45.) I'd better get back to my dissertation - the deadline quickly approaches.
