Co-Exist is a 5 piece Grindcore band from Glasgow, Scotland. They were formed in 1998 by Charlie, John Heaney and Quzzy. They originally started as a 5 piece hardcore band, but through time their sound developed and their fan base quickly grew through a schedule of constant gigging around the UK.
The band recorded a full length album in January then sent out some promos of the album in March 04 and after some interest from several labels Undergroove Records expressed an interest in releasing the album.
In July 2005 the debut album Surgical Removal of the Teeth, Toenails and Drilling of the Kneecaps was released to great critical acclaim.
Co-Exist have toured with many bands over the years including Darkest Hour, DRI, Death Angel, Cephalic Carnage, Nasum and Amen.
