Club Dogo is a Milan based Italian rap group, formed by
the rappers Guercio aka Guè Pequeno and Fame aka Jake la Furia, and the beatmaker Don Joe.

The group was founded in 1996 by the mc's Dargen D'Amico and Guercio aka Guè Pequeno as Sacre Scuole;
a third member, Fame aka Jake la Furia, joined the group soon after.
They started collaborating with many important rappers of the underground hip hop scene, such as Chief, Zippo, DJ Enzo and others.
In the year 2000 they released the Ep 3 Mc's Al Cubo produced by Chief.
In 2003, when Dargen left the group, they changed their name in Club Dogo, as they felt it may be easier to pick up and be recognised by international audiences; at that time the producer Don Joe, that already produced some beats for them, joined the group.
[edit] Mi Fist
Club Dogo's first album, Mi Fist (released in 2003), had a notable success in the underground music scene, and it is considered a masterpiece and one of the best Italian hip hop albums ever.[citation needed]
After Mi Fist the group was pointed as the best of Italian Hip Hop, characterized by hardcore rhymes, intense and fresh flow, large use of metaphores, great street-knowledge, variety in lyrics and classic soulful fat beats.
This album arrived at the top of Italian indie charts, and in 2004 was re-issued with bonus tracks by the label Vibra Records.

After nearly three years and some mixtapes including Regular, made by Don Joe and Grand Agent, a rapper from Philadelphia,
in March 2006 they gave birth to the album Penna Capitale, which title is a metaphor about the power of written words.
After about 150 live performances between 2004 and 2005, and many featurings on various Italian rap records, Club dogo evolved their style in lyrics form, interpretations and sounds, but preserving their street and social attitude and confirming their international level. The RedHorn Team shot the videos of the singles Butta via tutto, Una Volta Sola and D.O.G.O.
[edit] Vile Denaro
In 2007 Club Dogo, after getting signed to Virgin Records, made their third album titled Vile Denaro, and the first single Mi hanno detto che has been spun in heavy rotation by radio and TV obtaining good success in the top charts. The second single of Vile Denaro is Tornerò da Re.
[edit] Dogo Gang
In 2005 Club Dogo formed the crew named Dogo Gang, membered by other Mc's a DJs from Milan that gradually joined the collective.
The members are: Marracash (mc), Vincenzo da via Anfossi (i.e. Vincenzo from Anfossi street) (mc), Ted Bundy (mc), Montenero (mc), Deleterio (producer), DJ Harsh (DJ), and obviously Club Dogo.
Roccia Music is the first official compilation of Dogo Gang, released at the end of 2005. Benvenuti nella Giungla (meaning Welcome to the jungle) is the title of the new up coming album of the Gang (March 2008).
