Clear Fork High School is located near Bellville, Ohio, USA. The school serves grades 9-12 and is part of the Clear Fork Valley Local School District. Clear Fork is a member of the OCC, or Ohio Cardinal Conference.

In 2005, Clear Fork High School was reviewed against the Ohio Department of Education's new standards (involving the OGT or Ohio Graduation Test) and found to be highly ranked in all areas examined with higher than a 80% in all of them.

The inaugural class included:
- Ron Thorne- a football, basketball and track standout who graduated from Butler in 1962. He was a four-year state track participant and All-Ohioan in basketball.
- Randy Thomas- a 1972 Clear Fork alumnus who was a baseball standout drafted by the Baltimore Orioles.
- The 1957 Bellville football team- went 9-0. Three players on Coach Hank Schroth's squad were first-team All-Ohio, two were honorable mention selections and six players received All-MAC accolades
- Russell "Buzz" Wareham- a 1958 Butler graduate who lettered in football, basketball and track. He went to Bowling Green on a football scholarship.
- Bill Schaefer- a 1958 Bellville alumnus who was a first-team All-Ohioan in football and also lettered in basketball and track.
- Bob Hoyt- nicknamed "Colt 44" as the school's first outstanding big man, he lettered in basketball and track and graduated as Clear Fork's career scoring and rebounding record holder. He also owned the school's discus mark.
- Dale Fry- a linebacker and fullback who spearheaded the smash-mouth 1965 team. That group laid the foundation of physical football that characterizes Clear Fork teams to this day.
- Bill Frazier- who coached the Bellville football team in 1962 and became Clear Fork's first coach in 1963. He put together a 44-3-3 record before leaving after the 1966 season for a job at Malabar.
