1. The image is a low resolution depiction of the official logo of registered British animal charity Compassion In World Farming (CIWF) which is being used as a visual illustration in an article on Wikipedia that is created for the discussion about the charity.
2. The image is only being used in the above mentioned article.
3. The image is low-resolution.
4. The image is not intended to imply any form of ownership of the logo.
5. The logo is still the property of CIWF.
6. The low resolution image is unsuitable for possible piracy.
7. The logo is being used to represent the image of the animal charity to increase reader's understanding for critical and educational reasons.
