Cilatus

Cilatus is the leader of Hera Volo, (played by Filipino actor Daniel Fernando was the one who counseled Avria to seek out Memen and Ornia to protect Avria's name as Queen and to strengthen her reputation as an able queen.
Cilatus has always been a distinguished member of the Etherian congress or council whose loyalty to Avria is tied in blood. Cilatus was married to Lip-aya, the deceased sister of Queen Avria. They bore Hera Juvila, Avria's niece and fearless champion, in their union.
His father was Arnante, a leader of Hera Volo, and Vivara, the ash'te (aunt) of Barkus. This relationship has tied the Hera Volo kingdom to the Hera Sensa kingdom. Cilatus has been granted the power to manipulate time. Juvila, like her father, has an uncanny ability to speed her actions and slow her enemies during battle. As a father, Cilatus has only one wish and that was to marry her daughter to an able Heran (blue blood) to preserve and keep their legacy in Etheria.
