[edit] Chur "over 5,000 years old"?
It is doubtless the oldest Swiss city, and doubtless known to the Romans, but 5,000 years makes it over 2,000 years older than Rome, if we take the traditional date of 753 BC as the date of Rome's founding. Or is this a typographical error, and the text should read "over 2,000 years old"? Writtenright 05:23, 11 May 2007 (UTC)Writtenright
- Nevertheless it is correct. Archeological evidence shows a settlement around 3000 BC. So it is "over 5,000 years old". --Bhaak 17:58, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
