The Church of Saint Nicholaus in Senec is located in the South-West part of the town. It's the oldest historical building in the city. It got it's final look in the middle of the 18th century, but the church has been rebuilt for several times, and it's basic form is Gothic. There are some evidences that prove, that a wooden church stood on it's place in 1308. The structure has been reconstructed for a few times. In 1633 it was the Renaissance style, in 1740 Baroque and the last renovations were made in the 19th and 20th century. There are four altars in the church made in the rococo style.
